i have some on mine and it passed the mot no probs as it has a red reflector on them. as for fitting, they are pretty sraight forward. i have the ones with the silver surround rather than a black one.

not sure wot it means, but it shows that its road legal. as for insurance, i never told them. saying that i never told them about any of my mods which was a bit stupid of me coz you panic when you do have an accident.
in other words claim everything, i will when mine is back on the road.

mm and me well when i pass im best to have everything declare. Im just going for things that will improve the look of may car without afftecting my insurance (lights nice wheel trims ice lol ) but also im worried cause apparenlty like 1 in 5 new driver have a crash in the first year lol which is pritty high considering and if i dont declare then im f**k when getting a claim

Got my blasted theory tomoz lolz

go with hic mate, they do unlimited mods cover, i dont think they put your premium up much with modifications declared. or try adrian flux and cis who are also good when declaring modifications. i was quoted £1500 on cis with full liscence which isn\'t bad tesco were £250 cheaper. but id rather stick with cis as they cater for modifications i think anyway.

e mark, is a safety mark that all approved road legal products have i think, some kinda crap like that. anyway, you can see it on the clear part of the light, it will have a small \'e\' in-print. as for insurance shouldn\'t have thought it\'d effect it, i was paying £1100 threw adrian flux with all my mods listed, and they were not interested in the bodywork to much.

good thing with adrian flux is, that if you tell them about the mods you have done yourself it keeps the quotes down due to not paying any labour for the work to be done.

am i the only one who doesn\'t understand this? why would the insurance be cheaper if you done it yourself... wouldn\'t have thought it would make any difference. the only money you would save is in labour, perhaps ive read this wrong???
