Strange Windows steaming possible solution

Im not sure if this is write

i noticed my fan thing was set to simply move the air around the car rather then bring in new air. When i was drivin ealier i had this set to the far left and nothing steamed up

The steaming up is actually your pollen/cabin filter which is in need of being changed!

Its not really a massive job to do either, but you will need to remove the scuttle to get to it!

If kate_gsi is still up for it, I\'m gona be doing hers at SantaPOD next weekend, so will get some pics up too & write a little guide...

thats if she actually buys one to fit!

You don\'t even have to remove the scuttle completely you just gotta get off the half from the passenger side then the drivers side lifts up enough to get to the filter I replaced the filter in bout 7mins go to your local halfords they are around Â£9 for a 93 1.2 without air con

is true you dont need to remove the scuttle, but for simplicity & less fiddlin & easier access, it is better to do!

i just changed it was really simple and alot less fidlly wehn i removed the scuttle panel
