Clutch access plate

Any idea which models and years have the access plate to allow clutch replacement in situ?

Is the access plate found on 1.2 16v models and is it usually located on the bottom of the gearbox?

It was the the one with a flat fly wheel and it I remember it was the f13 box on the early ones

8v engines my brothers r reg 1.2 has it
