[emoji38] all joking apart mate u cud do a few engines on this one go down the sensible route or extreme it coukd range from the 1.4 which i have drove and is under powred imo or go for the gti 207 engine or rally engine or gti6 engine or go more extreme and go m16 engine or 3l v6 but it does go on the budget in ur mind really
Also ive known some to put vtr and vts engines in pugs in the past aswell
If it ain't green and black send it back :D

Shudnt have any problems as the bays are pretty roomy on them and iirc they are the not that much different as each other size wise think its more to do with strengthening everything up to take the strain of the extra power upgrade really as well harness changes

Im not hundred percent sure but think ya need match the ecu to the engine as some engines ate encripted to them

it looks like the engine management gave up lol  so the focus came to a spluttery stop and that was the end of it not even a cough came out on re start just nothing, all the lights on the dash came on it looked like christmas

the pug wants a new catalytic converter a lamber sensor and a 02 sensor i think, proper expensive since it is a sport lol and some coil overs hehehe
