Right Johnny,

Dials came today mate and I've just come round to look at them properly.
Image

Just need a bit of advice and help.

Am I right in thinking that the plain black wire pointed out is the one I put to earth?
And I assume the blue wire in the photo is for the live feed? But I have one open end wire and a spade type connector coming out of that also!?

If you can help us out mate? Or anybody else knows?

Many thanks.......

Did a.wiring diagram of any kind come with it? I've only fitted one set for a mate and it only had 2 wires but it's spliced into your power so I'm kind of confused as to what it's for because I can't see it doing anything unless it's for a separate switch so you can turn them on without the lights being on

But pictures of any sort of diagram they sent can.only help

Smd's in any colour other than blue, blue is the worst possible colour for light output, reds greens white are best because they have 0% blue light

No wiring diagram at all buddy! Hence why I'm a bit confused.

That's the only thing I can think of also is that the spade connection was for a second switch. I'll try putting the blue wire and black wire on a 12v battery later today and see what happens.

Cheers......

You should have connected the earth to brown. On vauxhall red is perm live. Black ignition live. Brown earth. Sounds like you have connected the feed to them to the side lights and the earth to black. Common mistake on vauxhalls

You'd be right with that, that's my bad I should have coped that and told you to splice the brown not black
