Yeah EGRs can be more hastle than they are worth really, mines been fine but my father in law was always having bother with his on Renault. Best way is to blank them off IMO.

Ahhh thanks man appreciate the good feedback [emoji4] far from finished yet but painting the passenger side and rear bumper next week so will look a lot more finished [emoji108]

full leather

Future plans:

-fit laguna splitter
-new steering wheel
-paint drums black
-gloss black bumper tops + arches (summer)
did the calibra leathers (rear) fit straight in? as I've got Cav leather fronts and the rears are way to wide so wondered if it was a straight in job? Look mint mate

Rears aren't a straight fit, at least not the backrest.. if you look on page 20 you'll see how I've done it with the cream ones

If this is your final update, then it's nice to have a bit of 'closure' I suppose lol I wonder how many threads go unfinished.

Anyway, the wee car looks very well and all your work over the posts has come together! Think this was probably one of the first threads I came across when I started getting into Corsa restos, and so have took some future plans, inspired by your thread. All to do now is enjoy your finished product (I'm sure you'll find something to change though lol!)

I think i prefer the german rear lights, but the MHWs are a change.

Rían P

I have a 1.2 arden blue corsa but I'm finding it very hard to find the exact colour to match the car, I've been to a few seperate stores and all have been to dark. I sanded the rust spots and used white primer to try and make it lighter and it never worked, where did you find yours?

To S_ellison Arden blue has a crap load of variants for it and it is always menna be on a white primer anyway, you'd be better taking it to a body shop and getting it matched up properly, trust this advice from a painter, I've had to blend all my panels because it's not an edge to edge colour.

To Jason - nice work on the car mate, them morettes are looking unreal with the bike indicators in, I do agree with Rían I prefer the German rears myself too but the MHWs do look the part mate at least you can swap them again if you get bored. Nice final shots of the car dude been nice watching your thread have me some nice ideas and inspired me to do mine, hopefully this won't be the last we see of her though

Top job mate take it easy
