New!!

Post by Hami »

Hello all, I have been a Corsa B owner for many years and thought I really should become part of teh owners group. I drive a a little Green Corsa. I have not moddified it in anyway bar putting a new CD player in it.

A little about myself, I am Hami, I currently stay in Saffron Walden (Essex) however maybe moving soon :-(. I also show face back in Scotland (West Lothian) sometimes when I visit friends and family. I have been on and off the Car scene for several years now (apporx 10+ or so) with awide range of different cars shall we say.

If you have any questions please feel free to ask...........

I have had many cars, some I have listed bellow :-)
Nova,
Astra (old school),
Corsa B (5dr.. Purple),
mr2 (mrk2),
Corsa B (3dr.. gold)
Corsa B (3dr.. Gree) << My current one,
and finally my W.I.P :D

Although I recently have only owned B's as a run around while I work on my main W.I.P which is my bride and joy (when I get her back on the road that is lol).

My W.I.P is my Skyline r33 :-)
Its the "Envoy". I will try and get some photos done this weekend once I have washed her and done some derusting as she has done alot of miles on the motorway over the past few weeks. Yeah I have been modding for years... now I am more intrested in the engine modding side of life these days than making the car look good,

r33 GTST, currently at 300(ish) brake, but going to 400(ish) brake, once I get time to finish getting the final parts needed and fitting them. Mod wise... alot.
GTR front bumper,
FMIC,
Spitfire Coil Pack,
550cc Injectors,
Uprated Feul pump,
Tien full coil overs,
Adjustable arms etc etc etc,
The list goes on and on.....
I have done all the work myself, only thing I am really missing now is Bigger Turbo and new ECU to make her 400brake.

I use to run a thread for her but due to work I have not done much to here over the past year.

I fancy trying to fix up my Corsa but thats money I could spend on my Skyline, how ever the Corsa would be ALLLLOT cheaper to tune lol

Yeah, you can end up spending alot of money on cars.. spec JAP cars. sometimes its due to the hard to find items or the cost of getting them over to the UK from else where.
I am not asbad as 15k, I wish I had 15k, be nice to have that amount of money to spend on a car.... although house hunting is taken more and more of my time just now.

How often do people meet up from this site etc? I know I should post/read the meet threads but just thought I would ask.

Welcome along mate :)

Get a project thread up and I wouldn't mind seeing the r33, been thinking about buying one the past couple months
If it doesn't fit,
force it,
If it breaks,
It needed replacing anyway

I love the r33 to bits, easy (enough) to work on and so easy to tune. its just the cost of parts etc. that is the killer. What type are you looking at getting?

Start a project thread up for my skyline on the Corsa Owners lol. I will do if people want me to etc.

Never thought of that, although the B is just a run around car, although I might look into getting a few things done once I get time.
