Ok so Jamie might have just convinced me into buying a new straight through exhaust haha. The insurance thing is what's making me really hesitant now. I'll just have this and the coilovers, but will I get screwed over by the police if I get pulled over for not declaring them? It looks stock because it's slash cut, it's just going to be pretty loud haha. I NEED HELP! Any suggestions would be great haha

I personally cant see them doing anything, unless you've done something drastically stupid and been suuch a dick to the copper that he will want to do a full background check and contact the insurance to check everything and if you've done something so stupid or been such a knob to the guy for him to go to all that then its your own fault

But i dont see a problem can't see them doing anything you should be fine just be sensible

Yeah I was thinking that, as long as i'm sensible I should be ok. But it's just that, what if? I could get screwed over big time haha

Declaring modifications

Post by JamieTee_ »

They mostly pull over people who drive like idiots, I've never been pulled in mine yet being how loud it is, even had it revving outside my house while police were next door calling in and they just said sounds good that

Alot of police are generally alright we had alot round my estate, they all just prefer it if everyone gets on and no ones a dick, but you could get f**k over there is always that small 'if' but you can make it as small as possible with how you act on the road

Exactly that dom, just depends how you act on the road, if your gonna drive like an idiot then your bound to be pulled over and checked but drive like a normal person then your sorted, also depends on the officer you get too.

That's a bargain that exhaust is though mate. Sounds great and it looks like stock. I can just act the idiot and say "what mods?". If they ask why it's loud i'll just say i have a problem but I don't know what. Easy :D I hope
