as titile says this is to organise a convoy route

looking at the map the best place for a last meeting point is at Northampton services NN4 9QS and you will need to be there at around 6 am(take half hour waiting on late comers, round an hour drive to pod, half hour to set up/nap)

anyone thats attending needs to decide on a service station north of northampton along the M1 or where ever is easier to meet with anyone else coming from the north

and a service station south of Northampton along the M1 or where ever is easier to meet with anyone else coming from the south

once you have decided on this it becomes alot easier to know what time to leave/meet up

you will probably have to wait at the meet points for 15-30 mins to allow for late comers but this can be reduced if someone from the south gets everyones number and takes lead of the convoy and someone from the north does the same, this isnt necessary as such but it will take alot of confusion away

I live in corby which is 45 minutes from pod, i could be the last meeting point? If you go down the a 14 theres a mcdonalds there that would be a good point its the first mcdonalds there from the m1

Sounds like a good plan really, there's also an app I used a while ago that we could all keep in touch with called Zello for iPhone and android/google play which is a walkie talkie app, pretty good idea imo.

Doesn't show position no mate, it's like a Skype call where we can all be in one big group, pretty good app if you ask me, used it a while ago in a convo to a cruise I couldn't find my way too
