Some Cavs but not 100% sure the corsa sport is definitely thicker
If it doesn't fit,
force it,
If it breaks,
It needed replacing anyway

Yea I'd think that, but I never thought a cav bar would fit, especially with the wider track etc . . .

So I removed the spark plugs yesterday to find the ones I'd put in have been ruined lol.

Looking for a bit of advise for my next set, I've had mixed responses on which ones to go for,
Was wondering if you guys could recommend any ?

So after not posting for a couple of days I've decided to give you an update, finally taken the head off and found where the gasket had blown that's now in the safe hands of a place called Western Rebores, having the valves cleaned and cut back in with the head skimmed and cleaned like new :)

A few packages have arrived this week one being them beautiful lights I bought off Dom White

Got new plugs, fuel filter and drive belt

Also debagded the boot too, planning to de wiper in the near future and just plug it as car is black anyway.

I also made a start on refreshing the trims with a heat gun I must say I was impressed!

Lights suit your car better imo :)

You getting the head ported and polished while it's getting work done anyway
If it doesn't fit,
force it,
If it breaks,
It needed replacing anyway

Just a couple of quick questions guys,

1. When putting tappets back in the head would it be wise to dip them in fresh oil first to prevent banging etc?

2. Is there a gasket that goes between the head and cams ?

Thanks
