mystery light/button

i have this mystery light above my fog light button and I haven't got a clue what it does I can't get it to light up neither does it push in
The car is a 1999 1.2 sxi 16v

Put a pic up cus the button would normally be front fog switch

Its just a cover its there incase someone ordered front fogs as an extra and any that didnt they.shoved that in to fill the hole

I found out was a cheap aftermarket alarm that wasn't even connected but thank you all
