Yeah bit gutted that we went out now but will be goin back at it next thursday or friday probly

Did you use a heat gun on the lenses? My front lights seem to be seald shut :lol:

I used to pairs, on one i smashed the glass but kept the black part and the other set went in the oven to melt the black part and keep the glass lol seems exessive but its the easiest way to do it

are you trying to make your own smoked depos out of standard headlights or something ?
id like to get some myself you see and just wana know the process, takes some pics and make a guide.

I did it when I had depos on my car :) if your headlights are valeo it's not so easy and the glue/sealant on them is some super poo! If yours are standard depos then it's easy :) and ther is a guide somewhere just google 'how to make corsa b depos'

Ready for paint tomorrow morning:)

boss isnt happy about how many days ive taken off latly so he give my a badger job this evening :lol:

A 93 corsa that 3 weeks ago was a genuine untouched mint gsi

But when i landed expecting an easy job i found he had replaced the block with a 1.8 and left a 1.6 head, so did a compression test and it went insanly high found out he had set the timing advanced lol

For those who are lost the 1.8 with 1.6 head would be to high compressed for the head then he advanced the timing which incressed cimpression x10 lol

Dont think ive ever laughed so much at someone in my life before lol

Will get pictures of it tomorrow as it still looks mint from the outside
