Now the New wheels are on im going to put my back seats in as it wont scrape (i would like passengars for my first car & for lifts ££)

Inductiin kits just burn out the maf sensor and give flat spots of revs around 2000 and 4500 rpm. Get the k&n panel filter for the airbox works a treat. Iv beaten 1.2 sxis in my 1.0l. This is my opinion mixed with the facts ;) i got a few bits for sale mate gsi skirts etc.

well ive ordered some 50mm lowering springs today and a mate has given me a universal cone filter which im thinking of trying out. Could use some advice on de badging tho!!! wots the best way to get them off? and, wot can i use to clean any sticky residue which may be left on??
In regards to it being a sxi, im not bothered about the power or speed of it, id rather go for the looks. wot exhaust rear box will look good but wont cost me too much??

keep us updated with ur project, cheers

i prefer the induction mate :P you have any other gsi bits etc buddy? im interested ! :)

yeah mate see how the 50mm plan out, then come to the darkside of 60mm+ hehe ;)

hmm im not advising it as the cleanest way, but a screwdriver and a hairdryer is what i used ! d'oh makes me sound like a noob -.- but turned out alright :)?

and as for the exhaust, a sportex (not sure if you can get them for C's) but would look sweet :)

Will do buddy! may not be something till santa pod is out the way , need money :)

Money's abit tight for me at the mo, so the induction option will b sumthing for the future, need to clean up the engine bay first. 50mm is my limit coz theres speedhumps all over the place where i live, dont wanna rip the sump off by going lower. Its a sxi b, gonna look into sportex coz theres loads on ebay. Just spoke to a bloke on anther forum and he said to use a hair dryer and fishing wire to remove the badges. im kinda just getting ideas at the mo.

yeah know the feeling bro. andd 60mm is absolutely fine for speedbumps if you dont take people in the back mate :) but i guess its better to be safe then sorry :) and the fishing line sounds like a better idea mate :)

Use like what the other guy said, hair dryer and fishing wire then it won't scratch your paint :) get a toffee wheel from eBay to get rid of the excess glue too! II was you I would de-restrict the airbox and put a sportex backbox on it... :) loads of guides on here and corsasport
