Spoiler

Post by Timmeh »

If i get a standard corsa roof spoiler for my 1.7d ls, would i need to declare it on the insurance?

It wont be on a majorly modified car, i just think it would smarten it up a lot :)

Ive heard that i wouldnt because it came standard on many basic corsas but would like to know someone elses opinion

cheers

Ah sweet cheers :)

When you say any mods, does that include debadging, interior LEDs and a CD player?

tbh m8.... u are technically meant 2 declare everything but tbh most companies wont really care much if u got a cd player in there or a spolier. if u ever have an accident u cud always just do what i did and take the cd player out b4 the insurance inspector gets 2 it.

its mianly there 2 stop people doing heavy mods (engine swaps, major bodywork etc) and not declaring it. they wont really be arsed with a couple of bits and bobs
