Cheers lads!!!!

The main rear section was a ball ache!!!! I had everything bubble wrapped lol.

The front wasn't too bad as it builds up in sections.

It's all in now and torqued up so it's not coming out ever again lol

Bits done..

I got some 16v rear callipers donated to me from a mate. I started stripping and cleaning off the old hammerite so I could paint them black. When I got the paint off I found a crack. The fixing point was only just on. It fell apart in my hand. My mates lucky the calliper stayed on his Astra GSi LET.

Anyways... I bought new ones and painted them up so alls good.

Also got started on the templates for my dash. I need to cut the dash round my cage so I did some templates with an old dash first.

Next job is to cut the main dash the same then send it off to be flocked :)

Cheers buddy

So decided to have a couple of hours in the garage tonight.
I've built the pedal box up fully and the throttle pedal too. I just need to dust the clutch pedal in with some black paint as I couldn't powder coat it due to the plastic pulley on top.

I'm happy how it's coming on little by little. :-)

I can't believe this thing. You haven't missed a beat. Everything is so, immaculate, be a shame to see it getting gritty on the roads!

Hahahaha just kiddin lads :D

Got a little more added to the shell today. I got some new heat shields and had them powder coated the same colour as the tank.
I'm happy with the way they look :-)

First job was to get the under seal off the threaded studs. An M6 die did the job.

Got some new fixing nuts for the job.

The shields.

And fitted.

I'll get on with the tank tomorrow. The motor should be back soon then I can really get stuck in :-)
