Rite dudes, ive decided to buy a new engine!

Ive seen websites before where you can buy reconditioned ford engines, during the recon process these engines are tuned between stage 1 and 4. Is there any where that provide this sort service with vauxhall engines?

Getting a 2k bonus and selling my 3k bike, so ive got a little bit to spend i suppose hahahahaa!! its going to be a super dooper rally slag, awwwwwwwwwwwwwwooo!

i just went online and searched for the engine code i wanted so x14xe and i found loads for like 600 for a full recon engine with full specs

Sound i'll pop in C16Xe, hopefully have the same mounting points as the X16xe, id rather a recon earlier engine than an ecotech, but what ever really, definatly needs to be at atleast stage 1, port and polished, cammed and pullied.

Thats what i want, well ive been looking on tinternet all morning and i cant seem to find anything helpful.

Does any one know where i can buy a newly reconditioned stage 1 or 2 X16XE? Im talking off the shelf stuff here?

I just cant be assed tuning a new engine, i just want a brand new one at stage 2 and just drop it in like for like. Done in an afternoon, no pissing round setting things up, im spending a whole load of £££ on this car lol!

Need some 15" white compys as well if any one has some??

lol if u gettin a new engine what is ur engine now is it a GSI

if so it will be a 8 valve lol

n if u get a 16 valve u may have to change ur ecu and loom

Oh yea, proper Gsi is 16V, 1600 16v............. nothing could be simpler!

Na mine is a proper GSi, 1600cc 16V on the log book, X16XE on the engine lol...... you've got me confused with a flair driver aint you lol.

I really just want a brand new one, done need anything more than stage 2 on the isle of man, maybe get a F13 box rather than the F15Cr but im not sure...... need to sort the engine out 1st!! That is my main mission from now on, find a tuned X16Xe!!
