not really. if its a green A road (green on an atlas that is) then its 60.

when u see the national speed limit sign it is

60mph on a single carriageway
70mph on dual carriageways, a roads and motorways

it wasnt.
he was driving about 6 inches off the white like and about 4 feet off the curb
