Cav oil and volt gauge

Post by 119797 »

Anyone know if it's possible to wire up these gauges to a corsa, and if so anyone got a guide on how to?

Volts is easy it's just the battery but oil pressure you'll have more difficulty with as it needs to go where the oil is pressurised. If you don't actually need them I would just leave it and get a pillar pod and put volts or amps in there

For the volts take from the cig lighter along with the earth
You will need to get a 2 pin oil pressure sender
They are about £20 off ebay the last wire is the back light
That needs to take its feed from your dash light

Cheers coupe, do you think it would be a good addition, I don't like the look of the pillar pods so thought this would be better

It depends on were you fit it it really, it's not going to serve any real purpose so it's just Purley how it looks installed
If it doesn't fit,
force it,
If it breaks,
It needed replacing anyway
