Final wheel sprayed pics tomorrow :D

On another note

This is how the rally car is sounding 1 day before scrutiny:(

Going to try get me entry fee back or could be €1000 down the drain:(

wheels on and car all cleaned for the weekend :D

also managed to hire out this for the weekend :shock: pretty sure im going to die :lol:

its an ex wrc corrola 2litre turbo :D apparently putting out over 450 brake :shock:

Nothing happened with car since losing insperation tbh need to start a conversion if engines wernt so dear lol

Was bored on saturday and found a set of fogs at work so fitted them and they dont look to , il get some pics up later

Hit a bump last night caused the hid to pop out and did this Image

Have a.spare in but one is 6000k and the other is 8000k looks daft now

Well,

were did you get your HID ? hard to fit ? Legal ? able to take them through MOT ?

id like a set myself cheers

got the kit off a mate for a go kart, simple enough to fit yeah mounting the ballast is the only awkward bit, they are legal had them on my last car aswell and never had any bother

1. eBay (quick guess)
2. Nope very easy
3. Hmmm lol, if you have self levelling headlights which are HID standard
4. not unless your mot guy is decent, dodgey or stupid :P
When it goes for an mot I would take the HID lamps out and put standards back in. You can leave the ballasts connected as there is no need to remove them :thumbs:

that self leveling lights is false along with needing wipers for them as well if you look up the mot guide book thing cant remember the link but it clearly says it will only fail hids if the beam is off

Yeah definitly peeled some of the paint on the back bumper tho, always somthing
