Just so pleased the fog light is fixed. Ran out and took a sneaky pic in the dark.

Damm i Genuine Crankshaft sensor is around £47.55 with Autovaux or £48.50 with Local Vauxhall Center

Il go and pick one up locally when i get paid. flat broke at the moment.

Just goes to show the price difference between genuine and the cheaper £20 ones on Ebay.

What all was involved just m8 tap? They will look a lot more oem than the insignia jets I fitted
If it doesn't fit,
force it,
If it breaks,
It needed replacing anyway

Let's see a picture of yours.

Yea m8 tap and some m8 nuts and washers
I followed the guide on corsa sport.

Wanted these ones as they look like original and sit slim and low

Yea I didn't want anything that stuck up like that. Wanted them to sit aerodynamic like the original ones.

Yeah if I was fitting them again I'd smooth the bonnet and fit them in the scuttle like vauxhall do, they looked daft as f**k sticking straight up out of the bonnet [emoji38]

What are yours out of? Citroën saxo or xsara is it

Lol well i attempted to fit them today heres my results...

Very fiddly job becuase of the bonnet metal skin. Makes it hard to reach area.
I was more worried about dropping a bolt into the skin and not getting it back out, the rattling would have drove me nuts.

with some careful planning managed to get them secure as best i could.
I cant test them yet cause i need a windscreen water pump. My last one is fried.

Looks like the hoses are kinked a bit

But looks good, far better than the oem round ones

No its not kinked at all its in a loop.
I think il test them out when i get the pump, then a future mod would maybe be to dremel cut around the hole to give better access.

Managed to salvage parts from the Aftermarket cheep ebay poo washer pump and bolted them onto my original GM 14 year old washer pump and got it working again.

the water hose lines are very tight tho and i think theres a loose connection as no water is coming out of the front jets only the back.

My plan is to re-hose the front jets and maybe make something to make them easier to access.

I might end up cutting into the bonnet inner.

Well hows it going on here ?

Ive had a rocky past few months and only just getting back on my feet now.

Past job screwed me out of a good few months of wages. and since then ive had to find a new job and pick myself back up, Also doing some Freelance web work to help me get back on track quicker.

The corsa was SORN off road and lying up, removed the battery in case someone tried to steal it. ( was actually removed to charge, so that i would tick the engine over )
It was still cutting out when driving so i still have to buy and replace the crankshaft sensor. Still have to buy and mod the washer hose lines.

Ive been looking at the Honda Civic Type R FN2 with the Mugen Mods in Black.
