Stereo problems

Post by v6matt »

My after market stereo (sony) doesn't save the stations. Every time the key is removed it resets. I remember something from a wile back about a fuse in the back of the stereo, but not sure.

Swap the yellow and red wires behind the stereo
If it doesn't fit,
force it,
If it breaks,
It needed replacing anyway

Somehow you have lost the +30 12v permanent feed. Many radios do have a fuse on the back for that or an inline one on the radios harness .
