I have just bought myself a Fli Trap sub and have no idea what wiring kit i need? Its 400w rms and 1200w max. Someone please help. Thanks.

The more i look up online the more confused i get :( do i need an adaptor for the back of my head unit too? Its a powered sub with the built in amp. If you need more info just ask. I would appreciate any help given as im just so dumb with wiring and stuff.

Just get the 1500 watt vibe wiring kit from halfrauds mate, £20 they are and most simple ones to use, that's the one I've got

Yeah i wasn't going to get a big sub because i need the boot but my mate had one for 25 quid so i couldnt resist haha

If the sub hasn't got high level inputs and you have a standard head unit then you will need a line convertor. Also you will need to tap into the remote wire on the radio to switch the sub in and off. Best place for line convertor is in passenger kick panel where the speaker wires split.

No you won't need one mate, it's the output cables with the plugs that are red and black/white that plug into your amp and head unit at the back
