egr reachable from underneath?

Hi guys,
I have to prolly replace my egr. I read about going at it from the top but it's a sh*t job on a x14xe.
Has anybody tried from underneath? I can't find any pics and can't look under my car atm.

They are a bitch I used to do loads of them when I was at Vauxhall
You need to take the top half of the inlet off remove the battery
Coolant bottle map sensor
You can't get to it from under the car
One torx bolt is not to bad the second is the pig then it's getting the gasket I without dropping it
