Rear beam bushes

Rear beam bushes
How easy are they to remove? I have powerflex ones to go back in. Do I need to completely remove the rear beam or can I just drop it down enough to remove them?

Take the shocks off at the bottom and it should pull away enough to cut or drill them out but easiest way is probably to drop the axle and burn the old ones out
If it doesn't fit,
force it,
If it breaks,
It needed replacing anyway
