I'd do both since hoodies are year round and polos are only for a couple weeks a year

But you can buy blank polos for like £2 so they shouldn't be very dear

Might be a better idea. If a design gets finalised, can all go off and get printed on what ever

Well im in ireland and wont be at PVS this year but there is a shop that does clothes and printing 20mins away from me so might design my own
