yes your right you never see redtops with power steering.

i do 70 percent city driving so no power steering will suck.

i will have to try and find out more about it i do want power steering

You can just retro fit an eps rack from a facelift b or if the 1.4 has hydraulic steering you need to find a pre facelift b with power steering, need to be an old sport or Sri, a tigra rack would work as well
If it doesn't fit,
force it,
If it breaks,
It needed replacing anyway :thumbs:

Mines on a 99 and has electric power steering shouldn't be too hard to swap it from the tigra
